Please Note

• A minimum stay of two nights is required for all bookings. Single-night stays are not permitted at any of the units.
• Damage deposit will be returned 7-14 working days after Departure if no damage occurred during your stay.
• In the event of any damages, you will be notified and provide a detailed damage report. Should the amount indicated in the report exceed the deposit paid, you will be requested to settle the difference.
• Each property will be charged at a fixed nightly rate for the maximum number of guests allowed per unit.
• Once off cleaning fee applies to all units. A team of professional cleaners will clean the units on day of departure.
• All unit house rules are to always be adhered to, these can be found on each property fact sheet.
• Your mobile/whatsapp number will be provided to the property management company responsible for the selected unit, as they will advise via whatsapp the acess codes for the various complexes including codes for lockboxes.
